    If you listen to his interviews on tv, he talks like a man that knows he is keeping his job, and that's a worry.
    Ten straight defeats when you are fighting relegation, any manager has to go after that.
    Nelms doesn't have the bottle to sack him, and I can't see keys replacing nelms.
