It's going to be surreal watching us play the likes of Canada and US, but the matches to look out for us are against Denmark on Tuesday and France a week on Monday. If we get results out of those matches then we have a good chance of staying in Pool A next year. We played pretty well today against the Olympic silver medallists. I'd be very surprised if GB's goalie Ben Bowns will be playing in our league next year on the basis of his performance.

Agree, Bowns was GB's man of the match.

GB beat France 4-3 in overtime today (coming from 3-0 down) to remain in the elite division of the World Championship for the first time since the 1950s. A remarkable achievement really, given that the core of this team was playing in what's effectively the third division two years ago. On to Switzerland in 2020.
