Lot of away goals today, but again, it's been like that all season.

Our day started off with a stop off at the Albert Docks and a visit to the Caven Club. I'm glad i have finally been in there. There's so much history going back decades. Myself, Dad and my sister took quite a few photos by the Albert Docks. A really enjoyable part of the day.

As for the game, like many we started off slowly, conceded and really improved as the game went on. I think we could have defended a lot better for both goals. At 1-0 down, it was just a pity Doherty's effort didn't go in. It was a surreal atmosphere to say the least, especially with news filtering out about how the Brighton game was going.

Wolves didn't shame themselves and played some very good football, but it's often about putting your chances away, Jota with a close range chance, denied by the keeper and the header which he put straight at the keeper.

A disappointing result to end the season on, but we played a big part in the game, history books will just show a 2-0 defeat.

I'm proud of the season we have had and i wouldn't have predicted a seventh placed finish at the start.
