    So what now?

We lose the chance of £200,000,000 in money from Tv etc for not being in the prem but here are my thoughts the day after
1 We have amazing fans and this is a great club
2 We should have won last night ( but we were left with a bunch of kids taking penalties who clearly didn't have the confidence in that situation. Smith on the other hand picked subs who would take good penalties. Shan however despite this did a Great job.
    3. Chris brunts passion was his and our ultimate downfall. Without the sending off we were on the way to Wembley. Aston villa had no answers to us.
    4. We now lose key players and have to rebuild. This means we won't be in the play offs next season barring a miracle.
    5. Baggies fans will need a lot more patience.
    6. The board if it wants success for this club WILL HAVE TO SPEND MONEY! Not just loans!
    7. The championship is a great league, much more interesting than the Prem.
    8. We need to KNOW what direction we want this club to go in (see 6)
    9. We need stability and that means A DECENT MANAGER! Who will stay for a few seasons. So get it right.
