I bought that same TV for the RL trophies this season Alf, and NO f*king Wigan either.

Anyway back to footy, or Beds will go apesh*it and lose the plot again lol.
Look lads the FL Play offs are what they are, and they are brilliant to watch, and they ARE here to stay. We all know the score at the start of a season, and if we cant win automatic promotion then theres every chance that we could finish 3rd and lose to a team who finished a 100 points behind us. Im exagerrating of course there but the point is still the same!!.

You are quite right Acido the Play Offs love em or hate em are here to stay. We finished 12 points behind Stockport in 1993-94 but beat them 2-1 at Wembley. Followed that in 2008-09 by beating Sheffield United at Wembley though they had ended the regular season with 4 more points. Looking forward to Charlton v Sunderland. Think those two have some Play Off final previous!

Hey OutW, we also did this 3 years ago in the FL Play offs.
We went on an unbelievable run of results to sneak into 6th place, and then we thrashed Walsall in the two legs even though they had been better than us over the whole season. And what made it worse for them is they had just missed out on automatic promotion themselves.
