Firstly feel a great weight off shoulders with us completed the play off games successfully. Secondly we must try to get the outstanding talent Murray signed up. His performance's on live TV will have been noted and he could easily leave Palmerston.

Lighten up scrooge. You are making us depressed. Johnson has came in at short notice and kept us up . Personally delighted with that.

What should we have done,? Gone in there all guns blazing and created a open game ?

We might have scored 3 the other night but we conceded 1 and they had other chances.
How many chances did they have today ? Pretty much none. Game plan worked simple as that even if it wasn't pleasing on the eye.

Nothing much happened in the first half, Raith having a couple of chances early doors. We opened up around the 35 minute mark and were unlucky with a few efforts up to the interval. Pretty much dominated the second half and goodness knows how their goal was not breached. Some of the wide play from Connor Murray reminded me of Jimmy Robertson at his very best ( opposite wing) and I cant give him higher credit than that .

Ok guys, we did it. Todays game was horrible though. We could not beat a third rate team from a division below at home. FACT. Crowd turns out again and was treated to what appeared to be a Naismith excersise in containing the opposistion. It worked in that aspect. But I for one was expecting a far more positive attacking approach from the team regarding the game. Mon The South

I thought that some of the football we played in that second half was excellent and we could have had a bagful going by the number of chances we created. Their keeper was exceptional but it would appear that there are some out there who are only happy when having a moan. I agree that the presentation for staying up is somewhat embarrassing but it was organised by the league sponsors so what was the club to do?

They had nothing to lose. Containing them was the right thing to do.
We were wasting time taking slow throw in's and goal kicks etc right from the off. It was all in the script and you cant criticise that as top priority was just to get the result.

We should have really won it 3 nil if it wasnt for some top quality goal keeping and there iirc number 4 ? Lad with the blonde mop. Martin didn't have much to do.

Their two centre backs, Davidson and Benedictus plus their keeper were all excellent
