Is it my imagination or did the F.A Cup used to be a very important competition. The build up to the game, televised throughout the day.
Now it seems to be a bit of a Mickey Mouse Cup for the "big" teams.
Despite the result, I was pleased to see the Watford fans celebrating their team playing in what used to be a highlight of the English football calendar.
On another issue, I can't be bothered to check, how many English or even British players played in the final ?

    .

The Divisions are Divided.....and we're happy with that - happy to see others fail - because we want to be greater - superior to others....So if fortune is what we seek - who are "we" to complain at others prosperity ?

Aww that brings back memories of the old Full members cup, or Simod Cup, or the dreadfully brought back Anglo-Italian cup, or the more recent glorious (because we won it!! lol) Johnstone's paint cup.
