If you did a bit of "dutching" and had a fiver on Mcpake and £2.50 on the other 2 you would get a return of £12.50 (£2.50) profit on any of the 3 getting the job.

That works out at 1/4.

sorry Rross, I missed out an important word in my original question. I wanted to know the odds that McPake, miller and McCall would NOT be the manager. none of these names inspires me I'm afraid.

Difficult to work out but if a bookie was offering 1/4 any of the 3 he'd probably offer around 3/1 any other....
