    Doyle has been used in a few positions this season but for someone who was originally signed as a right back that is the position he has looked weakest at IMO.     That's my thoughts as well. Surely Doyle could play this sitting midfielder role. Jacob's for all his energy and 100% effort was a ropey passer of the ball and I'd say Doyle is better than him in this regard.

    I like the way Brownlie has been striding out of defence comfortably with the ball at feet . A rare ability in a Qos centre half. Also his threat in the air that I haven't noticed before he came back from injury. Now, if we could just stop those rash challenges in and around our 18 yard box. ????????

    yep news of holts signing was being talked about for a few months around here mate ,the talk way back then was it was near a done deal ,and its now been proved solid info lol .
