Be lucky if 40 people managed to get through the shop door before it sold out. One guy walked out with 306 tickets. An absolute shambles.
    306? really...

no matter what the club done it was gonna end in tears for some, with 4000+ season ticket holders and 1600 tickets available guys were always going to miss out. I see no issue in guys picking up their mates tickets either

agree with all this, some die hards will have lost out but it was always going to happen

Things is mate, if it was capped at say 4 or 6 per customer then everyone in that queue would've got tickets. Selling 30-40 a time is a bit of a piss take when guys have queued 12 hours in the pissing rain. At least Utd have recognised this and promised it won't be happening in the future.

100% agree with you on this. I honestly can't believe that someone within the club wasn't monitoring the situation and they still gave folk 40/50 tickets at a time while knowing folk queueing in the pissing rain all night would get fk all.

Also feel for any of the near 1100 who went up to Inverness and missed out.

At the end of the day you can't please everyone, but at least try and make it fair for everyone to get tickets.

However many hundred went to the Fed, then selling 30-40 a time when there's a 200-300 strong queue isn't the best.

Rightly or wrongly though the guys have played by the rules. Dare say the 30-40 at a time were supporters buses that didnt get an allocation

No ones blaming the people who bought the tickets mate. 100% Utd should've had a better system in place. They'd already said they were limiting the general sale tickets to 2 per person (not that there was ever gonna be a general sale), so not sure why they didn't think this kind of thing was a good option for todays sale. Who knows. It's done and the club have admitted they ****ed up. Hopefully it's rectified for next time.
