    Talking Mark Ogren

Dundee United head into their Premiership play-off final knowing that promotion is “not a life or death deal” for the club.

That was the reassuring message from owner Mark Ogren when he visited the Tangerines’ training camp ahead of tomorrow’s first leg against St Mirren at Tannadice.

The American millionaire has flown the Atlantic to cheer his team on to what he hopes will be a return to the top flight.

Ogren was a nervous spectator for the semi-final success over Inverness Caley Thistle and will be at both the home and away games against the Buddies.

How the fick did he get a ticket he hardly goes to any games lol

The main thing about Ogren's interviews is the reassurance we will go all out next season for promotion of it doesn't go our way this week, hopefully the fans stay with the club in this new era that's only just started 5-6 months ago

Could tell he loved Tannadice the other night, says the place was electric his face lit up, however was a bit disappointed with the turnouts in the couple months prior to that given we could still have caught County

Hard to get people coming back in larger numbers straightaway. Big part of getting tannadice full would be getting into premier

Good work so far from Ogrens - long may it continue 🤞

The last game and tomorrow has shown him the potential this club has.

Under different leadership I would tell Robbie to watch out his jotters are near. But for some reason with Ogren I believe he is genuine in his words and backing.

Well that would be a disgrace given his record and we've only had a January window so far, it's very early in the new era

Anyway Utd already said RN is our manager next season regardless, which was good as we know where we stand, no uncertainty and creates the stability to move forward

The only thing he has in common with Thompson is he appears to enjoy a pint in the Ferry.
