A big no from me, loves to play out from the back using a 4-3-3 formation, I think we have seen enough faffing about at the back to last us a lifetime.

Wolves have done more than alright for themselves and maybe a foreign manager might fit the bill for us. But I don’t know about Labaddia. I have had a brief butchers at his managerial record and it does not seem much to write home about. As has been stated time after time they have got to get this appointment right. Probably they won’t but all the same I would rather they steer completely clear of the foreign option. Just as I would want them to avoid most of the ‘experienced’ managers being touted.

At my local club Stourbridge FC ex Albion player Gary Hackett resigned after the end of the season after 16 years in charge.

Yesterday, after around 9-10 days his successor was appointed after 40 applications and the subsequent interviews required.

The speed at which Albion operate on manager and player recruitment has always been excruciating since as long ago as I can remember ( 1972 )

It’s rife throughout the club and we never seem able to shake it off through the various regimes we’ve been through over an almost 50 year period.

We never seem to know who we want and even if we do we then are not prepared to pay the going rate.

I’d just love to see a new owner of some nous and a gutting of the whole background team.

    Not fit for purpose.

    Cowley would be my choice.
