    How about that EU they sound a nice bunch with our interests at heart. British Steel was a major world player until we voted Brexit there is no way it was beginning to fail 30+ yr ago, The Coal and Cotton industry were also **** on by these pesky Brexiteers voting to leave the EU 3 year ago.

    yes we are.....but not only in British Politics - after all, it's a Global Market....so even though the mass illusions been in place for some time - the process continually needs to reinforce the feeling of the "natural" - in that the People are the arbiters of change - so as usual, the actors are in place....the stage is set - all very boring and tiresome imo, nowhere near the quality of the past, but to the same end, 'Slowly, slowly catchy monkey'..... .
