Clark wasn't great tonight but he plays better when paired with Safranko. I think Clark can't anticipate what Sow is going to do.

He is a good option to have, Pav currently is better than him but that was a physical match which suited Sow better.
Overall, I am proud that the players were putting their bodies on the line and throwing themselves into challenges. The fight was there but we just needed a bit of magic to get the goal. From what I have seen, we have nothing to fear and are more than capable of getting a result in paisley. We have the fight and the desire which is something that has been missing lately. I am feeling much more positive about getting up than I was a couple of months ago, that's for sure!
We do have McAllister to fear,we kept on giving away cheap free kicks and corners and his delivery gave us problem's all night, his run and shot was brilliantly saved by our keeper and in the 2nd half he did lead our defence a merry dance before being checked. They as a whole are at least as much of a threat as the Accies were 2 season's ago.

On the radio after the game heard Preston and the Pundit say that Sow and Cooke will not start Sunday based i their performances tonight. What do they know right?! I do think Sow is a handful but he is THE most frustrating player to watch! Think Clark may be the one that sits out on Sunday coming on later as an impact sub....

Said it before the play offs and I'll say it again. Robbies persistence in starting Sow ahead of Safranko could well cost us a place in the Premiership. Safranko is our top scorer, Sow has hit 1 in 11(?) starts and that was v 10 men. Being a "handful for defenders" or being "capable of a bit of brilliance" is not good enough. We need a centre forward that gives 100% and scores goals. Giving Safranko 30 minutes isn't the way to go imo

I agree with the above post 100%,however the manager for whatever reason wants to play Sow for his physical presence we are gonna have to put up with him.He is decent at holding the ball up but very poor in the air considering his stature.Almost every ball launched forward came straight back with interest.

Preston talks the most schecht I’ve ever heard from a pundit. He reckoned we’re leaky at the back (cited Ayr 5-0, with a different defence and six months ago) despite the fact we’ve lost one goal in six games, and that was a free kick. He also reckoned we “have goals in us” despite the fact we’ve struggled to score all season.
Preston and reality are on no more than nodding terms.
