Betting has been suspended on Rafa to Celtic??
Why would it be suspended? Doesn't that usually happen if they think its a sure thing and don't want anybody else putting money on it?
Or can it happen when odd sums are put on?
Either way, i don't think he'd chose Celtic when Roma and Marseille are calling but maybe a tad worrying
