Well it is entirely ludicrous, if drink-fueled friendly in pish-up town sparked trouble and The Scum or some other red top discovered we were arranging matches with the intention that our travelling support could go somewhere and get hammered or get up to other nefarious acts...or at least that's what my inner snowflake is saying.

Although we use to, I remember going to Hamburg for a match against St Pauli in 1999 and we've been back there since. I was also at Kaiserlauten in 2009. These friendlies were pointless because we were absolutely honking on the pitch. Infact it is 2019, I'm due another one...when the year ends in 9 as Chas & Dave didn't sing

Wise up min, we should get a better coach in to let us perform to our best and therefore not qualify for Europe , that way we could enjoy the early stages of the league cup and enjoy away days/nights at the likes of Hamilton/Annan and save myself some money on travelling overseas......!!

Absolutely.
The prize for not qualifying for Europe is the League cup Group stages.

It would have June 10th but Scotland were playing Brazil.

Happy 21st min. That Scotland game was my 40th birthday. Managed to go the whole day here without knowing the score until some arsehole shouted at me "Sorry your team lost" just as I was leaving work to go home and watch the recording.
