Do you gamble on football?

I have the odd flutter my mate who sits next to me and the opposite side of Brin often wins .He lumped on Ajayi/ or Robertson every home game last season it came in quite a lot at big odds. I reckon he scooped well over a grand from that . I had a few wins but only usually bet a fiver .Bet i am about level on the season.

At least with football there are enough variables to make betting interesting and theoretically it’s difficult to fix.

Betting on other sports like boxing is a different kettle of fish.

Especially if you finish in second plaice...

The other person at the side of me is my lad. Yes he too scored well off Ajayi/Robertson who of the latter I predict will score 10 or more from midfield next season. That's where most of my home best will be going on.

Only ever had one bet on a football match. back in the 1980’s
I wrote LIverpool to win FA cup on slip, it was a semifinal game, against Southampton I think, I thought I was backing them on the day but had to wait until they won the final for payment.
