We did not gain promotion without Darren Moore. Would we have done so had he been allowed to complete what he had started? We will never know.

What we do know is Darren Moore was sacked, after nearly saving us, beyond all odds, from relegation the previous season and then, sustaining a top six place throughout most of this season. He was pushed out of the club which was under pressure from a section of its fan base, who it appears, expected or demanded an instant return to the top table. Look where those rash decisions have got us.

So the board are to blame, they made the decision, however, I think some of West Broms fan base have to look closer to home as to why the board came to the decision to let Big Dave go.

That is my take on it, albeit, I have little, if any faith, in our current owner or board.
The truth is our owner will never invest and the board are working to this reality.
The sooner Lai sells up the better but how? - he needs to get his money back so that is player sales and parachute payments retained. Even more scarily selling the ground for development & moving to God knows.
But with Lai as the owner the only way is down- no investment, no ambition, no vision.
The board have absolutely no plan to get back to the Premiership. They are in a holding pattern- championship mediocrity the ceiling- God knows where the floor is

    Tell me I'm wrong...........please

Sadly - you are right!!! Dowling will soon announce - “ I have interviewed a lot of candidates but Shan or Appleton are the best”

Idiots!!!! Lai will be licking his lips with the Rondon money soon to come in and bet Dawson & Jay Rod will be next out of the revolving doors....

Ask Mick if there’s any feelers out on the Stourbridge players😪

We have dithered around and still dithering around. If Shan or Appleton are appointed full time the club can go f uck themselves as far as I’m concerned.

Jenkins and Dowling are a disgrace. Trust me Dowling says - I would rather trust Corbyn!!!
I would rather trust corbyn,no you wouldn’t al.

Your right there 68! Corbyn is a bigger t wat than both Jenkins and Dowling put together.

PS - any internationals coming up as HRK will then be on the big stage😭

If it is the case that they have interviewed 3 managers already including Hughton and Labbadia, why the end of June if they're interviewing these people now? Just another ruse to justify the cheap option of Appleton?

You have got it in one Stripes especially with season ticket sales still busy! I am done - if it’s Appleton or Shan!

The bald t wat will get his wish - we are a mid table championship club! He must be laughing his socks off in luxury!

I'm probably alone in thinking I just want them to make the right choice, even if we have to wait longer for it. I'm not sure who that person is, because no-one jumps out or excites me. I hadn't heard of this Labaddia before but my German friends tell me he's a good manager.

In my opinion, by sacking DM they should have had a manager lined up and ready to go then at that stage of the season. Right now, its the off season so I don't think waiting it out in June is a big issue, as long as they appoint the right person...is my view on it.

And I'm not bothered if they go down the expensive route or not, its not all about money in this league. Ask Norwich and Sheff Utd.

Whoever they appoint needs experience at rebuilding and contacts to bring players in. This is not Shan or Appleton so the club need to show ambition.
