If it is to be an England/India final it will be like a 'home' game for them.
They'll be there with their air horns, flags & face paint, half of ours will be sporting MCC ties and quaffing Pimms or champagne.

Very very dangerous opponents are India , a well balanced side , we will do well to beat em .
To be honest Animal its shaping up to be an exciting end to this tournament and Im looking forward to it whatever happens.
Theres India who are looking like one of the favourites as you say, and nobody can ever look beyond the Aussies either as they are in the right form at the moment. You've got the 'ones to watch' like New Zealand (and even Sri Lanka can be like that sometimes), and then of course you've got us/England as well in their own home county grounds.

What with the wimmins footy World cup going on as well at the moment, it makes up for no real proper club footy in the month of June lol.

Absolute pile of shyte , no target set what so ever by Sri Lanka .

India and Australia look far better than we do so far .

Another set of bottlers representing the nation at a major tournament .

Same shyte , different sport .

Bit harsh that for me that mate, long way to go and the next games are against the better sides will be a better gauge of our credentials for winning this tournament. Poor performance today but it were a difficult batting pitch for me. Dint see Sri Lanka innings but we struggled big time in the crease. Boundaries were scarce and the amount of swings with misses suggests an uneven/slow bounce. We couldn't cope with Malinga who bowled well. We dint deserve owt today, well played Sri Lanka
