The guy wasn't treated properly by our club. He went thru a bad personal time and instead of being managed correctly, Bruce froze him out. Read his interview about it all. It was only at the Villa that he had problems. There's a reason why he was prolific everywhere else. People talk about him being on so much money it doesn't matter how he is treated. Well, to go all the way to the other side of the world to play football speaks volumes. Good luck for the future Ross, shame it didn't work out. UTV

Deano got us up with Steve Bruce's signings. He will be fired before sheff wed are ever promoted. Dinosaur manager and I gave him a lot of benefit of the doubt.
Ross Mac had proper personal problems including a marriage break down (been there, done it) and his problem with the booze (not personally a problem, I love the stuff) meant he should have had some kind of management counselling wise but no, SB wanted to show the world why he wasn't selecting our main striker bought for a ludicrous sum. Decent coaches and managers never sacrifice their players so as not to look bad...
