There's been a lot of discussion on other threads about the FPP test but does it apply to non-league clubs?
There's no mention of clubs outside the EPL and EFL on this website which looks authoritative.

I think the NL just insist on proof of being able to fulfill a full season financially. But then I'm not sure so just ignore me until someone more credible posts!
See this from the National League rules:
2.7 Any person wishing to be appointed as an Officer to a Club must comply with the requirements of The FA Owners’ and Directors’ Test Regulations and send to the Company Secretary a copy of the Owners’ and Directors’ Declaration within 5 days of sending the same to The FA.
It doesn’t apply much in any league.
FAPP didn’t apply in the last takeover it seems
