    Monochrome acquisitions

Is this what we are waiting fir - finally

    INTERESTING!

‘Monochrome Acquisition Limited' incorporated today and registered to the address of 'Pinsent Masons LLP', who have been Ashley's law firm of choice. The only two directors? Sheikh Khaled and his lawyer Midhat Kidwai. #NUFCTakeover

It will have cost Fatty about £20 to register this company, and he will have charged the fake Oil Barron £30 for the publicity .

It means monochrome acquisition limited has been placed into companies house on this day under the names of Sheikh Khaled and co.
Basically penned in (incorporated) as directors, officially as a new company.

I don't know if it has anything concrete to do with us specifically...but, only time will tell.

Monochrome generally means, black and white. It's almost as if they're setting up a company to acquire something black and white. I wonder who that could be. Any ideas?

Been reading a bit on Twitter (I know, I know) and the main thing I've found out is that, whilst anyone can start and register a limited company, what you can't falsify are the directorship, incorporation address and ultimate beneficial ownership....so apparently this is real. Yeah...I've suddenly become an expert!

This link shows an initial shareholdings (and a bit that explains what it means)

I know the far end of fuck all about these things but maybe someone who does can have a squiz and make a comment?
