That's all very nice but what happens if a new owner comes along?

Say perhaps I was a multimillionaire and wanted to put loads of dosh into QPR but part of the deal was that the ground is renamed Grist To The Mill Stadium?

Agree with your comment though that change is needed at higher level, but before that can work some honesty is needed. There has to initially be acceptance that knife crime isn't equal over the dempgraphics of the UK and any clamp down might seem to be targeted "unfairly" at certain ethnic groups.

Knife crimes per 100,000 people, the rate for London is more than double that of Yorkshire and the Humber region.

After London the West Midlands has the next highest rate.

demographics has a major influence.
