Someone posted that the delay is due to the French transfer window not opening until 1 July

I dunno. We've currently lost two wingers and it's seemingly just a matter of time before the other two are gone. All were decent for L1 level. If we can bring in another four of equal or hopefully better quality then great.
I'd feel more confident if I knew our better players were happy to stay.
