Riding on the EU Gravy Train

Our newly elected MEP Claire Fox, now on the inside, explains what actually happens to all that money we send to the EU, when it could be going instead to the NHS.

It was the clinching reason for my vote to LEAVE. I was very undecided, thinking both arguments had merits, but then I saw the limousine cavalcades, the obscene salaries and inflated pensions, the waste, the arrogance, the assumption of power and our continuous observance of ostentatious privilege emanating from Brussels. That's what finally swung the LEAVE vote for me. I believe that was the case for many others too, and Ms. Fox seems to confirm I was right to decide to LEAVE.

It's totally nonsensical she is back in Brussels at all, ignoring the 17.4 million leave voters isn’t politically smart, nor indeed very democratic, is it?
