    An update from Alan Hardy

Notts County owner and chairman Alan Hardy has provided the following update to supporters regarding the takeover of the club.

Due to increasing and understandable levels of frustration within the fanbase I would like to provide assurances that talks with prospective buyers are continuing in a constructive manner.

An issue out of the club’s control is currently delaying matters but I am extremely confident it will be resolved so we can reach a positive outcome.

Everyone involved is acutely aware that time is of the essence and we are working around the clock to get a deal done at the earliest opportunity.

I'm sorry that I can't reveal more but, as is normal practice, non-disclosure agreements have been signed, limiting what I can tell you at this stage.

Thank you for your continued support and patience.

    Alan

Well if it was, that really wasn't worth the fuss. 'Nothing to report' seems to sum it up.

I’m sure he’ll say it was.

He's already claimed it was the NEP report about the money owed to Crawley and Wycombe

One thing that's worrying is, AH used the term "Buyers". As we currently only know about the SA group and the May group, does this mean he hasn't yet disregarded the May bid?
