I was watching the toffs get a thorough soaking in the gloom of Royal Ascot yesterday 59, whilst up here it was cracking t'flagstones. Hopefully you avoided it.

Have you applied for the job of Chuka's bag carrier yet ? It doesn't pay well, but you'll never be off the telly.

There is always plenty of baggage to carry as a Lib Dem Sinkov but Chuka will have to make his own arrangements.

Well, it started warm and sunny but it turned windy and chilly with a few drops of rain. A good days work though, I got a lot of red lead paint on - mainly on myself though.

Luckily, after all these years I managed to get into my bespoke BFC boiler suit which was my 50th birthday present in 2002 and actually featured in a Clarets match program - and is now a slightly different shade of claret.

My therapy is cutting grass, many others find that smoking it works better still!
