Anyone any ideas on insomnia ? And how to get sleep without taking sleeping tablets, going to work with no sleep is putting me on verge of panic attacks etc 😟

I'm a lazy c'unt lol, but I work like 5-6 days a week n even when I'm shattered at night I might still only get like 1or2 hours sleep or none.. cheers

I have trouble sleeping since becoming a work shy bum, probably the only reason I'll be looking forward to going back to work.
As for solutions, definitely keep away from mobile devices and all that. Work on concentrating on your breathing and make sure you have a decent bed.
Failing that easy stuff, you could always ask afc1903mad to put his europa league coefficient explanations down on tape for you. Or try a wee spiff half an hour before bed. Nae that synthetic sh*te mind.
