Lampard in discussion with Rams over new contract.....

Sounds positive and hopefully means he will be staying..... should he leave maybe a bigger payout to the Rams?

Which, my dear mista is why he's staying and he and the club should issue a joint statement to that effect.

But...according to Sky, he has said that he’d find it ‘impossible’ to resist the Chelsea job should it be offered.

RA according to the Evening Standard Chelsea are stalling because they want Benitez who's contract finishes in 13days and they can get him for free

Don't think that will happen Think Newcastle learned their lesson making Shearer manager

Tbh I couldn’t care less who is manager of Newcastle...or Chelsea.
I’m only concerned about next season at Derby...another thir**** days you reckon, that’s just about manageable, but much longer, i.e. beyond the end of June, and I think we run the risk of harming our chances.
This time last year Lampard was in position and there was a row over his TV commitments getting in the way of Derby’s planning. I didn’t agree then with those who said that he was putting Derby second to his own career, but I do think this needs resolving in the next fortnight at the latest.
