Tyres as we know it may no longer exist, there’s a company developing airless tyres

Last summer I had a tyre completely blow out at 70mph, absolutely terrifying driving a massive campervan. It had come fitted with crap budget tyres.

I had been in Europe since December with my winter tyres and had done LOADS of research to buy all new summer tyres on my return, to hopefully not have to worry about any further issues... and funnily enough the Kumho seemed to be from the reviews almost premium quality tyres for almost budget tyre prices. Got them fitted the day I got back a few weeks ago and very happy.

Will never buy 'budget' brand tyres now no matter what, not worth the risk.

Especially if you get them for free and don’t have to pay for them.

As opposed to getting them free and having to pay for them?

The tyres are free, it’s the holes in the middle you pay for, just like polo mints

No such thing as free, there’s usually a catch somewhere along the way.

John2, try looking at Tyron Bands fitted to the tyres on your camper van. Expensive but well worth it.
