I think we will do well to avoid relegation too. Building a team with a new manager and players takes time to gel, all the other teams already know the set up. This really could be a rough ride for a while. I don't think pre season matches give the players much idea of what's to come, all it does is get fitness levels up.

Harrogate Town eh...who knows someday maybe.
Cold bath road is a very up and coming road now Prando with good shops, pubs and restaurants. Lots of money being pumped into Harrogate Town and the ground is lovely now with yet another new stand being built. Bet u remember the fat rascals from Bettys!!! Money to burn with people going into Bettys and at weekends the lines are out the doors!

I work up there near North Yorkshire, even though it actually has an LS25/Leeds postcode!!.

As for the fixtures, this time tomorrow we'll all be reviewing the matches and looking forward to the opening home game and first away game etc.
I hope we're not visiting your place in the last few games of the season again, that has happened before hasnt it! lol.

I was only 4 years old when we moved from Harrogate to the Midlands, so limited memories baggieal buddy. Started school there (St Roberts) and remember what seemed a marathon walk to and from the school across the Stray.
In my working life, I visited (conference centre) and stayed over and checked out my old childhood recollections.
I did in fact eat at quite a smart pub/restaurant almost at the end of Coldbath road...baths end !
