    I saw Birmingham as serious contenders for promotion this year but after how well they did last season with Monk you would have to say they have shot themselves in the foot.

    They were close to being relegated. Not many managers survive that these days.

    To be fair Chris, 12 points deduction, all down to a certain "Cockney Harry's" wheeling and dealing, or was it his dog Rosie that was responsible, that certainly didn't help matters, without that they would have finished mid-table.
