I'd expect more slashing than splashing Mista

MA might be slashing as well I won't settle till Keane is ruled out Imagine him and BJ in the training pitch two head cases together

Doubt we’ve much to worry about. Morris’ experience with Pearson will surely have taught him not to employ another ‘hothead’.

Quite like MA’s suggestion about the guy from Lincoln City...knew nothing about him previously but he seems to have been successful wherever he’s been.

Yes his brother is his assistant ,theve done rally well there There fans are saying they have a rigid way of playing its boring but very effective But the Championship is a whole new level Of the out of work managers i wouldn't object to Monk. I wouldn't want Moore , Keane or McLaren . But with the Lampard money we could maybe prise somebody away like Alex Neil or even Kenny Jacket he's been excellent at Pompey and has four Championship and Div1 promotions on his cv Would imagine somebody has already been sounded out by the board If you want attacking high risk football with a few defeats along the way Someone who knows the Championship inside out then Holloway is the man you want

Doesn’t Holloway have some sort of long standing dislike for Derby? Neil might be a good shout.

    Less seriously and just because it’s lunch in the cricket here’s my list...Cowley 5/1, Wagner 8/1, Moore 10/1, Karanka 12/1, Monk 12/1, Hughton 12/1, Terry 15/1, Gerrard 20/1, Campbell 30/1, Carsley 30/1, Rowett, 100/1, mista 250/1, MadAmster 260/1 (doubt he’d leave Holland), Benitez 500/1, Bielsa 1000/1, McClaren 5000/1.

rA, I feel sad at being left out. I suggested Cowlies weeks ago, so dont give MA all the credit

I still think Monk should be shorter money, unless he goes to Newcassel

Whilst for Lampard it must be tempting, IMO he would be better served staying with Derby and getting more managerial experience and hopefully taking us up.
Chelsea taking the easy option. Which 'top' coach would look at Chelsea at the moment? Just lost their best player, transfer ban and already way behind two teams.

Best case scenario for CFC would be to be 5th or above by bringing youth players through.

Where does this leave DCFC? the main players last year were loanees and your coach gone. Is there any of the stadium cash left? I'll get my tin hat!

Sorry GP, must have missed that. Maybe Daniel Stendel might be another shout.

I should add that I know absolutely nothing about betting, been into a bookies once...won - on the Grand National - and decided to quit while I was £150 ahead.

    Oh ****...Root’s out...this isn’t going well.
