I purchased a van to turn into a day van so I can re-kindle my friendship with the roving gypsy ConT.
I haven't had a 4 wheel vehicle for many years.
I went to the petrol station and filled it up.
After paying I went back to the van and sat in the passenger seat for several seconds before I realised.

When you say four wheel vehicle do you mean a four wheel drive or a vehicle with four wheels?

A van is simply a van
A day van is a semi camper van, ideal for day trips, hence day van.
A camper is what you stay in for more than one day and is like a caravan that you drive
