Doesn't matter how much we learn, if the cupboard is bare, we could be f00king brain surgeons and we wouldn't be able to do anything to improve matter. We are a few short weeks from the start of pre-season, and we're sending the majority of whatever the 1st team squad is supposed to look like to the other side of the world to play who knows what kind of teams and then (probably) get a shellacking from Scum. Why? Money talks, only we don't have any and our owner is pi55ing away what we do have on speculative media deals that will deliver nothing to the club. Yes, cracked record, doesn't make it wrong!

Starting to think our board are f*cking clueless to be honest..they think the current squad deserved to go up (despite bottling Automatic promotion and the play-offs) and have absolute confidence in them but are looking for opportunities to strengthen.

And in other news Helder Coster looks to be on his way to Villa!

I just hope they are playing their cards close to their chest. No way can we continue with last years squad, unless we want to continue down the league.
We need at least 6 better players than we had last year. Dosent matter if they come from the u23s, or from loans, foreigners or aliens, as long as they are better than allowing us to get beat in the playoffs.
