    Where do I stand legally

if i cancel my direct debit for this last year of the ten-year deal?

I can't, in all conscience, keep on giving the fat, greedy bastad any more of my money. If the takeover doesn't happen then that's me done until he's gone.

So...anyone know? I'm sure I read about folk being threatened with legal action or something-I know I can cancel
but isn't the ten-year deal different from the ordinary 'contract' between you and the club? Financial stuff is a bit of a blind spot for me so any info would be appreciated.

I don't know the answer to that but imagine you bought tickets to a concert then the lead singer dropped out.

I know lads that just rang up and told them they were cancelling the direct debit and they were okay with it.

You are under no obligation to the club to renew. You are entitled to cancel your direct debit.

You can get refunds through your bank if you haven't recieved next years season ticket.Obviously only payments you have made on next seasons ticket.
