    Women's World Cup

It's anyone's championship - I saw no danger from USA or France the last couple of days. The tackling is lethal - all waved on by the referee. Any decision made by a ref is contested wildly by screaming girls telling her to consult VAR and then do a tribal dance when that goes against them.

Not to mention three ex-Notts girls playing their part.

    I love it

Haven't watched any. Do they take their shirts off when they score?

I'm enjoying it, but England don't look anywhere near as good as they did under Sampson. A few nice spells in the Cameroon game but some really sloppy errors too - Norway could really take advantage on Thursday.

The USA are not as good as they think they are, and it will be a tough contest between them and France. I still think that the winner of that game will go and win the whole thing though.

One fresh "air" shot, runs through to another who "scuffs" it. Ball in the net.
BBC call it a "magnificent" finish lol

Great result for the girls tonight. Another goal for ex-Magpie Ellen White. Roll on Tuesday, USA or France in the World Cup semi-final. Makes a change to sit down and enjoy a football match. Haven’t been able to do that very often this season.
