Not true, this time. Don't know anything about either of what are the real newcomers, curious as to what others think (I might not agree, but as I have already admitted to not knowing much (especially White) about them, I can't really profess to be "in the know" (this time) can I?

Re. Ben White, he hasn't played much at all (hasn't played once for Brighton in the Prem, but was in the Newport team we lost to), so I really can't see him being anything other than a 'development' player. His detailed data here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ben_White_(footballer)

Re. Costa, I've been on some Wolves boards and opinion is really divided. He's generally very popular with the Wolves fans, and by all accounts was 'unplayable' up until he got a serious ankle injury in April 2017, (he won their 2016/17 Player Of The Season award), but apparently since the injury hasn't been so effective. There's debate about whether it's because Wolves changed their formation when they got to the PL, or whether he's 'never been the same since his injury'. I guess we'll find out in a month or so.

It's only the first round of talks so hopefully the club will come up with the goods.

If he signs I expect we will lose Roofe as I genuinely don't think the club can afford to have 4 players earning over £30K a week.
