    Palmerston tidy up

Well done to all those who gave up their spare time on Sunday to help with the annual Palmerston tidy up.
Was really surprised and disappointed though to hear some well know supporters didn’t turn up because they're still in the huff with the way Gary was sacked after our last home game of the season. It’s not all about them , it’s not all about the Chairman, it’s all about OUR football club.

Refusing to help out and not volunteering only damages the club and not it’s Chairman.

Time to look at the bigger picture folks.

players , managers and chairmen come and go but Queens will be here forever.
The football club isn’t in a position for loyal supporters to turn their back on them. The timing of the sacking was far from ideal but it’s time to move on and support the club any which way we can

Maybe they are not that loyal a supporter after all. Far too many have spat the dummy out. Get a grip and move on for god sake

Not sure if some fans not turning up at the clean up and the absence of a Queens float in the Guid Nychburris parade is connected but with the first game of the new campaign only 10 days away I agree it is time to move on and support the team, the new manager(s) and the already established / recently signed new players !
