Agreed. I think Ogren is looking at the cost of staying in the Championship for another year vs the cost to get out and get the Premier plan in play. I think its probably him that's said to Asghar and Neilson I'll pay for quality but not quantity, hence the recent quotes from Robbie repeating the same thing.
