    Talking from experience here because I suffer badly from hay-fever, local honey works a little to ease the symptoms but has never built up my immunity it's the bee pollen that eases it and there is only so much in the honey. You can get bee pollen capsules from www.medibee.co.uk that's the best thing I've found for it, four to six capsules per day and it's usually it's totally gone for the day, if the the pollen count is really high sometimes I have to take an anti allergy tablet as well, the cheap ones are the ones that work the best for me and I'm not the only one.
