After Micks thread "Cheer up Boingy"

I just want to make clear my stance. (If anyone's interested, really not bothered if not )

Gareth Barry......Tons of experience, often our man of the match, don't care how old he is. However...
If his fitness drops, performances drop he would have to go.

HRK.......Quite simply does a job. NOT a prolific striker but works his socks off and is a team player. However...
If we had 4 strikers and could only keep 3, and the other three were better, then I would be happy to see him go.

Tony Pulis....Good manager for what he does. Not my type of footballing style but my type of no nonsense bloke.
Solidified us at the time, didn't have the backing of the board to buy players (Surprise surprise)
But he's history now where we are concerned. There is room for all types of managers.

The Present......I honestly don't think it matters who we have at the helm because as long as we have THIS BOARD
Nothing exciting or wonderful is going to happen.
