I’m not convinced that the South African consortium are our saviours, in my opinion they are another land grabber . My reason for this is because a lot of city centre property is South African owned , and I just believe it maybe these property developers who have history in Nottingham getting a prime position in Nottinghamshires next major redevelopment site.

The council have said that there are 'no live' negotiations in regard to land development around the ground, going on at the moment.
