    So much for using the academy then, I can see the average age of the squad going the wrong way again, hope I'm wrong ut I've got a funny feeling about this appointment, remain to be convinced

    2nd rumour I've seen today about Skrtel. The other was as a coach.

    Agree with but if you ever watch the U23 the one area they are poor at is central defence The U18 they look ok but to early for them I wouldn't take much notice of the Skrtel rumours yes he's played for Cocu but can't see him coming to us Not sure we need three thirty plus centre backs

    Would this mean Keogh losing his place? I would guess that Curtis is more a Cocu type player.
    Totally agree about 3 30+ CBs. Madness.

    Good though he undoubtedly is, why would older, less mobile and more injury prone Davies be ‘more a Cocu type player’ than Keogh?
