I think we all need to remember that due to lack of midfielders the lad Hamilton was playing out of position......

In fact the 90 mins did more to get his fitness levels up than anything else.

So good on the boy for his efforts.

hawd on here lads im seeing some talk of replacements for lyndon dykes and how some miss him ,what on earth did people see in him ,all i seen was balls bouncing off him occasionally going into the path of dobbie ,hardly ever winning headers ,near zero pace ,one on ones laughable ,only thing he was half good at was running around like a headless chicken causing problems ,a replacement for him no thanks id rather see magic go with a skillfull player and ball getting played through to the forwards from midfield ,still a few players to be added to the squad yet ,theres bound to be another forward in them along with a rightback and a couple of midfielders .

Good point Mug but imo he looked a bit overweight and off the pace so hopefully Magic gives him another three 90 minute appearances in this cup competition.

He's scored a few for Livi already.
He looked a lot better under AJ the final few games. Maybe it was more to do with the way he was managed, not getting the best out of him.

Livi manager Gary Holt in today's national press was pleased with Dykes' goal-scoring debut saying '' I thought he led the line brilliantly and was a constant threat ''

Will be surprised if he keeps that up, unless Holt sees something Queens fans couldn't.

I think a lot of Queens fans appreciated the work Dykes put in doing the "dirty" work for Dobbie, and how he'd improved from the season before. Good luck to him anyway at Livingston.
