Finishing 4th in a tough league over 46 rounds, than going out in the semis due to:

1. Ludicrous rules that away goals don’t count.
2. Bad ref 1st leg.
3. A bit too defensive approach 1st leg by Shan when Vile where there for the taking.

And who was in charge for the majority of that season, played some great offensive football too, for that matter?

And, had Harvey Barnes stayed, I’m quite sure we would have reached automatic promotion.

I was always taught that respect in life was earned and not an entitlement

Moore earned and retains my respect as a decent if not great player for us.

It should be remembered it took weeks to sign him.......he dillyed and dallied for ages and screwed us for every last penny before eventually signing!

I tend to remember these sorts of things.

I saw him work briefly as a pundit on the Midlands BBC football programme about 8/9 years ago.....he put me to sleep.

Trotting out cliches and gibberish at three miles an hour zzzzzzzzzzzz !!

He’s now in a low pressure job at a nothing club,if he can’t cut it here then he can’t cut it anywhere.

Exactly Swedie kid lol, Ive thought the same myself and as a complete neutral here I think he was very harshly dealt with!.
He did take you to the Play offs and the old original 'away goals' rule should have worked in your favour.
But, was the football under him dour and clueless etc, which a lot of your fans suggest ?.

Totally agree Mick apart from Doncaster being a no nothing club. They could overtake us next season and have a owner who CARES!
