    O/t feck!

Am driving from Houston to New Orleans tomorrow for my Daughters wedding. Does not look good!

Only [!] a tropical storm at the moment but is developing rapidly. Reminds me of the family outings when I was a kid, something always messed up.

All the best Woody and take care, hopefully you can avoid the worst of the storm, if it does indeed happen!

I spoke to the girl at the Hotel and they have problems already. Will only be a skeleton staff at the hotel because a lot of the staff are flooded out already. No doubt they live in the poorer parts of town where, due to corrupt politicians, the drainage is almost non existent.

There is one stretch of the freeway that runs along Lake Pontchartrain just before you get into the city which is actually at a lower level than the Lake itself. Fun times ahead!

Should not be a problem for a lad from Woolyampton.
