    Under 23s at Hednesford.

The u23s played a friendly last night at Hednesford and ran out 6-1 winners. A crowd of over 1000 turned up to watch. Wolves played several trialists who seem to impress the watchers. Benny Ashley-Seal opened the scoring on twelve minutes and soon followed up with a second before Neil Ennis added a third.

Will Ennis be able to stay healthy for a whole season? Always seems to contribute to the scoring when he plays. 9 goals and three assists in 20 matches with the U23s last year. Wonder if he'll be sent on loan this season.

I went to see the U23s on Saturday when played at AFC Wulfrunians. Two layers that stood out were Elliot Watt in midfield, he always looked comfortable on the ball. The second player was Raphael Nya, played the Coady role and looked composed on the ball. Plenty to look forward to in the future.
