    Line up v Stenhousemuir

    Benji
    Smith Connelly Reynolds Sporle*
    Mcmullan Butcher King Banks
    Shankland Appere

Subs Deniz Robson Bouhenna Harkes Stanton Clark Sow

    * Although Sporle was poor last night the worst thing we can do is bench him imo. It will take a few weeks for him to get used to the scottish game so I would keep playing him the these league cup games

Agree with this let Banks and Appere flourish. Clark is up front in a 2 or on bench.

Please do not play 1 up and noone up at corners at Stenny or in fact ever again. If we dont make chances how can Shanks score? Attackattackattack!

Bit of a dilemma here because we could do with playing the best 11for 60 minutes through the group stages and friendly game so as the try and find that blend we need for the league.
So if Appere and Banks were suddenly considered first 11 choices then yes start them v Stenny.

If not, play your best 11, get some fluidity and understanding and bring the young lads on later in the game maybe.

Don't think Robbie will know his best 11 yet though.

For nothing more than getting people game time, i would go with,

    Deniz,
    L Smith, Connolly, Reynolds, Sporle
    McMullan, Butcher, Harkes, King
    Shankland, C Smith.

Subs, Siegrist, Bouhenna, Robson, Banks, Appere, Watson, Stanton.

If Sow is fit enough, maybe he should start instead of Shankland for game time. Might also start Watson instead of bombscare Connolly.

I'd be happy with that. As said earlier Sporle must come back in. Would like to see Smith back in just behind Shankland for at least 45 so agree with that too (Has Smith shagged Robbies missus?!)
