IF proven guilty, IMO the courts will come down heavy on him due to his previous record and high profile position, in the meantime can't really believe he will be too concerned - My client was heavily provoked my Lord!

There’s still a long way to go in the process - it seems to have taken a long time to get to this stage. I agree with “innocent until proved guilty “ but I’m not sure Barton can be best described as “innocent “ - I’ll not forget his attempt to leg it, aided by their boss!
